1989

July: Partners with Matsushita Denki Sangyo Inc. and joint-develops the "CM Pay Phone" and begins its distribution.

1990

March: Develops, produces, and begins distribution of telephone transferring system "Exchanger"

1991

February: Develops, produces, and begins distribution of a voice response system device "DC Series"
March: Begins operation of 'Chescom Service Bureau," a telemarketing service based on voice response systems.
September: Hosts the "Japan US Sales Promotion Seminar" with invited lecturers from the American voice response system industry.

1992

January: Plans and carries out the "America Voice Response Business Industry Inspection Tour"
February: Acquires distribution rights for the voice response system "VIP" (UNIX) developed by American company Interact.
March: Expands the "Chescom Service Bureau" network to 7 locations nationwide.
October: Entrusted with the operation of the "American Embassy Visa Information Service" using Chescom Service Bureau

1993

June: Entrusted for the first time in Japan for a nationwide campaign of "voice response / sweepstakes entry system" with Chescom Service Bureau.
July: Develops, produces, and begins distribution of the telephone transferring system "TelsaZ Series."
September: Develops, produces, and begins distribution of "Telsa 119 System," a telephone transferring system capable of direct calling to 110 (Police)

1994
December: Develops, produces, and begins distribution of the telephone transferring system "TelsaZ max Series"

February: Begins service of "Voice response automatic processing / credit payment system" with Chescom Service Bureau
